VP, Global Head of Design: GoTo Group (2.5 years Gojek+GoTo) GoTo is Southeast Asia’s leading tech group providing on-demand services, e-commerce, and financial technology through the merger of Tokopedia & Gojek. Mentored and developed 20+ VPs, Sr. Directors & Directors through to a $40B IPO with pro forma orders of ~2 billion annually, 55+ million annual transacting users (ATU), 2.5+ million registered driver partners, 14+ million registered merchants. 
VP, Global Head of Design: Gojek (2.5 years Gojek+GoTo) Led business and brand-focused design initiatives. Spearheaded large-scale organizational changes and best practices. Built a Design Studio, Innovation Accelerator and Creative Council to accelerate high value projects. 
VP Design, Head of Brand: Tubi (2.5 years) Tubi is a leading free, premium on-demand video streaming app with nearly 100M MAUs. I led UX design, visual identity, research and brand teams resulting in Tubi’s acquisition by Fox in 2024. 
Sr. Dir, Websites, Payments, Marketing: GoDaddy (1.5 years) GoDaddy is the leading web hosting and domain registration platform. I led GoDaddy Web Sites, Payments & Marketing to become the #3 globally ranked web-business suite in just 12 months by focusing on the core needs of entrepreneurs and SMBs. 
Head of UX Design & Research: PicsArt, Inc. (2.5 years) #1 photo and collage editor on mobile, top ranked, Sequoia-funded editing and creativity platform (150M+ MAUs). Grew team from 3 to 30 designers, started UX research program, grew platform from 60M to 100M+ MUAs in two years. 
Lead UX Design & Research: Google Translate (2 years) Top 10 mobile app download with 600M+ MAUs Redesigned and patented gesture-driven speech UX for conversations. Lead UX for instant camera translation & mobile UX research (US, Brazil, India). 
Sr. User Experience Designer: Google, Inc. (6 years) Started and launched multiple ground-breaking projects in ads, travel (hotels, flights), leadgen and B2C (finance, banking, autos, mortgages), consumer apps (shopping, social), B2B (China, US, Germany, Europe) and ads/brand innovation & partnership projects. 
Head of UX Design & Research: Postini, Inc. (2 years) Acquired by Google in 2007. Postini had 10% of the Fortune 500 as clients. Led design & research teams to internationalize product lines as well as identify and launch products in adjacent markets to increase company valuation. |

Photography & Visual Design
I live and breathe visual and digital design work. I have been taking photographs since I was 14 years old. My grandfather owned some of the first generation Leica cameras which inspired me to start developing images in my third floor darkroom (about the same time I was trying to code a replica of Asteroids using BASIC which was less successful).
